We recognise the pressure that will be placed on your own relationship by a role that often has unsociable hours at a time when you're in the early years of your marriage - and perhaps with a young family as well. The aim is two days with the opportunity to focus on your own relationship for a change.Who qualifies? Anyone who gains the majority of their income from employment as a youth leader.
